The graduate in Organizational Psychology from University ESAN will be a professional with the responsibilities of evaluating, assessing and developing human capital of organizations, promoting in its relations with other professionals the recognition of people as the main factor that ensures the quality and innovation in an organization.

He or she will be recognized as a strategic partner in charge of strengthening human capital competences and encouraging sustainable business development. In order to achieve this, the graduate will put in practice its competences in planning and strategic management of human capital, using analytical thinking, oriented problem solving and displaying leadership and efficient communicator qualities.
