“The Organizational Psychology major trains professionals and competitive leaders in the management and development of talent of human capital from private or public organizations, by incorporating in the formation of the students a critical and international vision of conceptual interdisciplinary skills and techniques of areas of general psychology, organizational psychology, administrative and financial management psychology; supporting their method on a scientific platform of respect for human and social values, with a global vision, making emphasis on the importance of permanent research.

Organizational psychologists will be part of the teams that evaluate, develop and train human resources of an organization. He or she will be ideal for the recruitment and selection of the staff, assessment of climate and culture of the company or workgroup, evaluation and analysis of satisfaction, settlement of labor disputes, planning and development of corporate responsibility programs, among other functions. Furthermore, by studying business management they will be able to be manager of the area or make their own companies providing services to third parties in the processes of human resource management”.
