“The major in Consumer Psychology of ESAN University seeks to contribute to the achievement of business objectives, training professionals interested in understanding the minds of consumers and satisfy their needs for services and products.

The graduate will have interdisciplinary studies in psychology, sociology, management, marketing and economics.

In its field of work, he or she will apply various research and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data techniques, and will be a strategic partner in organizations that want to make decisions to anticipate and meet the needs of its customers; so, the graduate will contribute providing valid and reliable information about the responses of consumers to the products, their emotions and thoughts about these experiences.

Graduates of our university will be professionals who can relate in various areas, providing support to entrepreneurs, projects, campaigns and actions developed by the areas of research and product development, marketing, corporate communications, advertising, public relations, community relationships, among others. Additionally, they will be capable of promoting their own consulting firm leading his team”.
