“Throughout its career, ESAN has been always characterized by the excellence of its master programs and specialization programs. Now that we are a university, we want to educate integral professionals that incorporate into their businesses a human, social and country-focused view.

Therefore, we launched a major in corporate law, a specialization oriented to the corporate law sphere, but with an important emphasis on the overall context of business and finance. Our students are going to be taught "the way of the wise" through the analysis of cases in the different branches of law, studying how the (national and international) top lawyers came up with their legal strategy and the tools they used.

We train students with critical analysis of Peruvian reality, specifically in business news, with analytical thinking and communicative and adaptive capacity. These skills allow lawyers to practice corporate management positions in a global level. Our graduates will be highly demanded by multinational and transnational corporations. They will also stand out working in law firms, consultants, private or public international bodies, or following a diplomatic career”.

Italo Bizerra Osorioa, Director of the Corporate Law career.
