Universidad ESAN Student doing his Internship in Rotterdam School of Management

Hernan Castro, student from the Organizational Phycology Major at Universidad Esan shared with us about the STAR Association’s Consulting Group he currently forms part of: “On October 2015, I was admitted into the STAR Association’s Consulting Group from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. The Consulting Group is formed by Master and Undergraduate students. Its main goal every year is to perform research projects in emerging markets. Peru was elected this year as the focus of study for the projects. The group mission is to formulate research services (new markets entry strategies, value chain analysis, between others) for Dutch companies interested in expanding their businesses in Peru.”
