Near the end of each semester, Universidad ESAN organises a photo contest especially for the exchange students. Students will present their best photo from their time in Peru. The contest is called “Photos of my experience as an exchange student in Peru” and includes the categories: Nature and scenery, Architecture, People, Surprise, and Culture and Diversity. There will be an expert panel that will pick the top 3 places. Prizes in recent years have included concert tickets, dinners and city tours.

This is a lunch organised in order to gather all international students together and have a light-hearted chat about their experiences in Lima or give suggestions and advices. It is a good chance to catch up with the international office team and other international students.

 

The gastronomic contest of Universidad ESAN allows the international students to present foods from their country, and share their culinary culture with Peruvian students. In the form of a contest, it is aimed exclusively at international undergraduate students of Universidad ESAN. In groups of 2 or 3, students will prepare a national dish of their home country, which will be tasted by national students and a panel of professional chefs. The chefs will decide the winner of the competition, based on factors such as taste, texture, presentation and originality etc. In recent years, the prizes for the winners of the contest have included buffets and dinners at luxurious hotels in Lima.
